Rehab Rescue

Your contractor quit. We don't.

We finish stalled and abandoned rehabs across the Indianapolis metro. Send the address. We walk it this week. You get a fixed price to the finish line.

Who it's for

Owners and investors whose contractor disappeared, blew the budget, or left a half-finished job. The carrying costs are running. You need it done.

What we do
  • Assess the current state of the work and document every open item.
  • Complete framing, drywall, and finishes started by others.
  • Correct code and inspection failures in place.
  • Coordinate remaining trades: MEP, cabinetry, tile, paint, flooring.
  • Final punch, cleaning, and turnover to sale or lease.
What went wrong isn't your fault

Bad contractors sell certainty they can't deliver.

You hired someone who said the right things. They took a deposit, showed up for two weeks, then stopped answering. Now the house is open and you're paying interest on nothing.

That happens to sharp people. What matters now is finishing the job and getting the property back to work.

FAQ

Straight answers.

What if the previous work is bad?+

We document it before we touch it. You see photos and a written scope of what has to be redone and what can stay. You decide the path forward.

How fast can you start?+

We walk most rescues within a week of the address hitting our inbox. Mobilization typically follows within two to three weeks of signing.

Do you take over open permits?+

Yes. We pull our own permits where required and work with the AHJ on inspections tied to open work.

Can I get my deposit back from the old contractor?+

That is a legal question, not ours. We can document the state of the work for your attorney and keep moving on the build in parallel.

Send the address. We'll walk it this week.
