Flood Damage Repair & Rebuild in Central Indiana

The water’s going down. We’re already here.

Our co-founder Justin Brown lives in Anderson. Madison County is one of the five counties this hit hardest — this is not a market we drove to. Crews are on the ground now doing flood cuts, tear-out, and rebuild, with photo documentation and a written scope for your adjuster.

If your home or business took water, call first. Photo documentation taken in the first days matters most to your claim.

What we're doing right now

From standing water to finished rebuild.

  • Emergency muck-out: water removal, contents, ruined flooring and drywall.
  • Flood cuts and tear-out: drywall, insulation, and ruined materials removed.
  • Damage documentation: photo documentation and written scope for your carrier.
  • Rebuild: framing, drywall, electrical and mechanical coordination, floors, paint, trim.
  • Roofs and exteriors damaged by the same storm system.
  • Commercial and multi-unit properties — we can run several buildings at once.

Documented in writing.

Most people have never filed a claim this size. The paperwork is written to be confusing, and what you photograph in the first 72 hours decides what gets paid.

We document everything before we demo anything: photo documentation and a written scope of the work. We send it to your adjuster so there is no argument later about what was there.

We do not adjust claims — that is their job and it is licensed work in Indiana. What we do is make sure the work is documented clearly.

From our crew

This is our town too.

Justin lives in Anderson and our crews work in the affected area. We know these streets, these houses, and a lot of the people in them.

If you're not sure what to do next, call anyway. We'll tell you what to photograph, what to throw out, what to save, and what can wait — even if you never hire us.

Questions we're getting

Straight answers.

What should I do before anyone gets there?+

If it's safe to enter: photograph and video everything before you move it, including water lines on the walls and the contents of every room. Don't throw anything away until it's documented. Keep receipts for anything you buy or pay for.

Does my homeowners policy cover flooding?+

Standard homeowners policies generally exclude rising water — that's typically NFIP flood insurance. Storm damage like wind and roof leaks is often covered under the homeowners policy. We'll help you sort out which loss belongs where, but your agent has the final word on coverage.

Do I have to wait for the adjuster before you start?+

No. Emergency mitigation to prevent further damage is expected by carriers. We document thoroughly first so nothing we remove is lost to the claim.

How fast can you get to me?+

We're working in the area now. Call and we'll tell you honestly where you land in the queue — and if we can't get to you fast enough, we'll say so.

What does it cost?+

Emergency mitigation is billed on standard industry rates carriers recognize. The rebuild is a fixed price in writing before we start, with change orders only in writing and only with your signature.

Do you handle commercial and rental properties?+

Yes. Multi-unit and commercial buildings are a big part of what we do, and we can run several properties at the same time.

Do you handle my insurance claim?+

No. Adjusting claims is licensed work in Indiana and we are not licensed to do it. What we do is document our scope in writing with photos and send it to your adjuster so there is no argument about what the work was.

Will you pay my deductible?+

No. Indiana law prohibits contractors from advertising or promising to pay your deductible. Anyone who offers to is telling you what they are willing to do with the rest of your money.
