How you opt in

Consent to receive text messages from Gritstone Contracting LLC is collected only through the separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on the project request form on this website (for example on our home page and contact page), or when you verbally ask us to text you. The checkbox reads:

“I agree to receive text messages from Gritstone Contracting about my project. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.”

Consent is never a condition of purchasing any product or service, and the checkbox is never pre-checked or bundled with any other agreement.

What messages we send

Conversational, customer-care messages tied to your project: scheduling and crew arrival windows, estimate and scope follow-ups, job status and photo updates, and replies to questions you send us.

Sample message

“Gritstone Contracting: Hi Dave, this is Justin. Our crew can be at 123 Main St Thursday 8–10am for the roof inspection. Reply YES to confirm. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply.”

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your project activity. Message and data rates may apply through your mobile carrier. Gritstone Contracting LLC does not charge for text messages.

Opting out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also email gethelp@gritstone.build.

Getting help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message, call 765-274-4748, or email gethelp@gritstone.build.

Carriers and privacy

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
