Anderson · Madison County, Indiana
We didn't drive in for this.
Co-founder Justin Brown lives in Anderson. Madison County is one of the five counties this flood hit hardest. We are doing muck-out, tear-out, and debris haul now, and full rebuild when you are ready. Fixed price in writing before anyone starts.
765 number. Not a 317. Not a call center.
Justin Brown, our co-founder, lives in Anderson. When the White River and Killbuck Creek came up, he did not watch it on the news from an office in another county.
Every restoration company advertising into Madison County this week is telling you they are local. Ask them for an address. Ask them where their crew slept last night. We will answer both questions and we will answer them first.

“You should not have to take a contractor's word for where he is from. Ask. We will tell you.”
Mud, silt, ruined contents, and debris out of the structure and gone. We haul it, we do not leave it at the curb for you.
Wet drywall, insulation, trim, cabinetry, and flooring removed back to sound material so the structure can dry.
Interior demo down to studs where it is warranted. Basements, first floors, garages, outbuildings.
Dumpsters staged, loaded, and hauled. Disposal handled and documented.
Crews mobilize within 48 hours of a signed fixed price.
Three things we are not going to pretend about.
Drying takes certified equipment and daily moisture logs. We do not have them and we are not going to say we do. If your house needs drying, get a mitigation company in there today. Call us after, or call us for the tear-out while they dry it.
That is licensed work in Indiana and we are not licensed for it. What we do is document our scope in writing with photographs and send it to your adjuster so there is no argument later about what the work was.
Indiana law prohibits contractors from advertising that. Anyone offering to cover your deductible is telling you, out loud, what he is willing to do with the rest of your money.
Most of Madison County will not start rebuilding until insurance moves, and insurance is going to be slow across sixty-three counties. That is fine. The tear-out has to happen first anyway.
When you are ready, the same company that gutted it can frame it, wire it, hang the drywall, lay the floor, and paint it. One contractor, one scope, one price. You are not going to be standing in a gutted house in November trying to find somebody new.
Before a crew shows up. Not an estimate. Not a range. Not time and materials.
Flood work uncovers things. When it does, you get a written change order and you sign it before we bill a dollar of it.
Every job, every day. You do not have to drive over to find out what happened.
Indiana's price gouging law covers fuel. It does not cover construction. There is nothing stopping a contractor from doubling his rate this month except whether he is willing to look you in the eye afterward. Flood jobs price off the same rate sheet as every other job we run. Ask for it and we will send it to you.
Anderson is about to fill up with contractors from four states. Some are good. Some will take a deposit and you will never see them again. Here is what Indiana law already entitles you to. Use it on us too.
Indiana's Home Improvement Contracts Act covers any residential job over $150. The contract has to name the parties, describe the work, give start and completion dates, and state the full price. Verbal agreements are not protection.
You can cancel a home improvement contract until midnight of the third business day after you sign it and get your money back, less work already completed. Anyone pressuring you to sign today knows this and is counting on you not knowing it.
It is prohibited. An offer to cover it is a red flag, not a discount.
Not a service area. A street address, and who is on it. Then look it up.
This is how most abandonment happens. The deposit clears, the crew never comes back.
If a contractor gets uncomfortable when you ask these questions, you have your answer.
Address first. We can sort out the rest on the phone. If we are not the right company for what you need, we will tell you that instead of selling you something.
Or call 765-274-4748. If we do not pick up we are on a job site. Leave the address and we will call back.
Ask your carrier, and photograph everything before you touch it. In most cases documentation protects the claim and delay makes the damage worse, but that call is between you and your adjuster, not us. If you need us to walk it and hold a written scope until the adjuster clears it, we will do that.
We work on insurance-funded jobs all the time. Our contract is with you, not your carrier, and our price is our price. We document our scope in writing and send it to your adjuster. We do not negotiate your claim — that is licensed work in Indiana.
Depends entirely on how much has to come out and how far up the water got. We will not quote you a number over the phone that changes later. We walk it, then you get one fixed price in writing.
We are walking flood jobs in Madison County within 48 hours. Crews mobilize within 48 hours of a signed price.
No. That takes certified equipment and daily moisture logs and we do not have them. Get a mitigation company in there for that. We will do the tear-out alongside them or after them.
Yes. Multi-unit make-readies and commercial work are a core part of what we do, flood or not.
Yes. That is one of our main lines of work, and it is going to be a common story around here by November. We will walk what is finished, price the remaining scope in writing, and finish it. Bring whatever paperwork you have.
